We approached this project as the creation of a modern landmark of cultural heritage, enhancing its significance within the urban landscape and highlighting its pivotal role in uniting people, ideas, and cultures.
The concept aimed to craft a signage system that seamlessly merges architectural details with the characteristic verticality of the building’s exterior.
We envisioned the project as an iconic urban landmark, elevating its role in the cityscape while emphasizing its central role in facilitating interaction and exchange. We developed a strong, cohesive signage identity that is grounded in the grid system, amplifying the concept of intersections and networks. This identity not only enhanced the building’s overall presence but also ensured a user-friendly environment for visitors.
Our design adhered to the requirements for LEED certification and contributed to the WELL certification as well. We introduced an innovative staircase design that promotes physical activity and well-being, encouraging users to reduce elevator use and fostering a healthier, more sustainable environment.
